What I needed was something built around how our team actually coordinates 100+ purchase orders, tracks compliance, and makes supply decisions under time pressure. And I needed it working in weeks, not after a year-long rollout.
Heizen was the only team that came in, understood our specific workflows, and built for them, without asking us to rip out existing systems.
