Role Overview
As a Product Manager (US) at Heizen, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and products. You'll work closely with US-based clients, understand market requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications while ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for US market expansion and client requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and client success to deliver products on time and within scope
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Gather and analyze client feedback, user data, and business metrics to drive product improvements
- Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and communicate product vision to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility, architecture decisions, and implementation planning
- Lead product demos, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Work closely with US-based clients to understand their needs and ensure product-market fit

Requirements
- 1-2 years of product management experience in software/technology companies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience working with US-based clients or in US market (preferred)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Analytics platforms)
- Experience with B2B software products and enterprise client requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with distributed teams
- Experience with AI/ML products or technical products (preferred)
